tivibu.com.tr was designed and developed as a comprehensive digital platform for Tivibu, Türk Telekom’s entertainment brand offering movies, series, live TV, and on-demand content. The objective was to create a content-rich, high-performing website that could serve both existing Türk Telekom customers and new users unfamiliar with the ecosystem.

The project started with an in-depth analysis of global streaming and media platforms, followed by close collaboration with multiple Türk Telekom teams. This process helped define a structure capable of presenting large volumes of dynamic content — including movies, series, live TV listings, campaigns, packages, support articles, and video content — in a clear and accessible way.

User journeys were carefully designed to support content discovery, package comparison, and subscription flows across devices. Special attention was given to information architecture and performance, ensuring fast access to frequently updated data such as live broadcasts and catalog changes.

Beyond content presentation, a key challenge was enabling subscription sales for non–Türk Telekom customers. We designed and implemented a dedicated sales flow supported by complex integrations with Türk Telekom systems and external payment infrastructures, allowing secure onboarding, eligibility checks, and payment processing within a seamless user experience.

Powered by Dreams&Bytes CMS, the platform enables flexible content management, campaign updates, and SEO control, while supporting scalability and operational efficiency. tivibu.com.tr now operates as a robust digital hub that supports both content consumption and commercial growth for one of Turkey’s leading entertainment platforms.
