Kia Fan was designed and developed as the official loyalty and engagement mobile application for Kia Türkiye. The objective was to create a feature-rich, intuitive mobile platform that serves both Kia owners and general users, while strengthening the brand’s digital relationship with its audience.

The app was structured to offer broad value even without ownership. All users can access up-to-date information on campaigns, news, Kia model details, videos, authorized dealers and services, as well as practical tools such as electric charging locations and a charging cost calculator for Kia’s electric models. Content architecture and navigation were carefully designed to keep a wide range of features discoverable without overwhelming the user.

For Kia owners, the application provides a personalized and connected experience. Users can view their vehicle’s service history, schedule service appointments, request roadside assistance, and track assistance teams in real time through an interactive map. These features were designed to reduce friction and bring essential after-sales services into a single mobile interface.

A critical aspect of the project was deep integration with Kia Türkiye’s ERP systems, enabling real-time data access and secure communication between the app and core business platforms. Performance, stability, and data security were treated as foundational requirements throughout development.

Today, Kia Fan operates as a comprehensive digital touchpoint that supports loyalty, improves service accessibility, and enhances the overall ownership experience for Kia customers in Turkey.
