enerjisa.com.tr was designed and developed as the primary digital platform for Enerjisa, Turkey’s largest electricity distribution company, providing service to millions of users across multiple regions. The goal of the project was to create a clear, accessible, and scalable website that could serve a wide range of user groups — from individual subscribers to corporate stakeholders — while supporting Enerjisa’s growing digital service ecosystem.

The project was driven by extensive UX research and wireframing, supported by numerous working sessions with project stakeholders. These sessions helped identify the diverse needs of different user segments and ensured that complex processes could be communicated in a simple and structured way.

The website delivers comprehensive information about Enerjisa’s corporate structure, campaigns, sustainability initiatives, new services, and critical announcements, while also acting as a practical guide for everyday customer needs. Key processes such as new electricity subscriptions, termination and transfer of subscriptions, billing, and payment workflows are explained step by step, reducing confusion and support dependency.

In addition to informational content, the platform provides online service tools including security deposit inquiries and feedback forms. These services are directly integrated with Enerjisa’s ERP systems, enabling secure data flow and real-time responses.

The website is powered by Dreams&Bytes CMS, allowing flexible and secure content management across a large and frequently updated information architecture. Today, enerjisa.com.tr operates as a robust digital hub that supports customer self-service, corporate communication, and Enerjisa’s long-term digital transformation goals.
