Benim Isuzu’m was designed and developed as the official mobile loyalty application for Isuzu in Turkey, distributed by Anadolu Group. The platform was created to strengthen the digital relationship between the brand and its users, while supporting the needs of both individual and professional customers.
The application provides a wide range of features accessible to all users, including campaigns, announcements, news, and brand-related content. Its interface was designed to support frequent use by professional users, ensuring clarity, speed, and consistency across different devices and usage scenarios.
The app enables users to access and view vehicles within their fleets through integrated data sources, allowing fleet-level visibility within a single mobile experience. This approach supports operational awareness while keeping the mobile interface focused and efficient.
A key requirement of the project was supporting multiple user types with different access levels. Menus, documents, and available features are dynamically presented based on the user’s role and membership type, ensuring that each user group accesses only the information relevant to them. The membership structure and user group management are handled through Dreams&Bytes CMS, enabling flexible control over roles, permissions, and content visibility.
Performance, reliability, and usability were treated as core requirements throughout development. Today, Benim Isuzu’m operates as a focused digital touchpoint that supports loyalty, fleet engagement, and efficient communication between Isuzu and its user base.
