Within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Personal Data Protection Information Notice and hereby give my explicit consent to the collection, processing, recording, storage, and, where necessary, transfer of my personal data by Dreams&Bytes, in accordance with the principles set forth under the law.

My personal data may be obtained verbally, in writing, or electronically, and may include information that directly or indirectly identifies me. Such data may be processed for purposes including, but not limited to, managing communication requests, evaluating project or collaboration inquiries, carrying out recruitment and candidate assessment processes, establishing and performing contractual relationships, fulfilling legal obligations, and ensuring operational and information security.

The personal data subject to processing may include, depending on the nature of the interaction:

• Identity information, such as name, surname, nationality, date and place of birth, and identification details
• Contact information, including telephone number, email address, postal address, and IP address
• Professional information, such as education, work experience, and qualifications
• Request and complaint data, including records related to inquiries submitted to Dreams&Bytes
• Special categories of personal data, where applicable and only with explicit consent, as defined under Article 6 of KVKK

My personal data may be shared with third parties only where required by applicable legislation or where necessary for the purposes stated above, and only in compliance with KVKK.

I am aware that I have the rights granted under Article 11 of KVKK, including the right to access, correct, delete, or request restriction of my personal data. Requests related to these rights may be submitted to Dreams&Bytes through the communication channels specified on the website.

Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Hakkında Aydınlatma ve Açık Rıza Metni

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında, işbu Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Hakkında Aydınlatma Metni’ni okuduğumu ve anladığımı; Dreams&Bytes tarafından kişisel verilerimin Kanun’da öngörülen ilkelere uygun olarak toplanmasına, kaydedilmesine, işlenmesine, saklanmasına ve gerekli hallerde aktarılmasına açık rıza verdiğimi kabul, beyan ve taahhüt ederim.

Kişisel verilerim; sözlü, yazılı veya elektronik ortamda elde edilebilir ve kimliğimi doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak belirleyebilecek nitelikte olabilir. Söz konusu veriler; iletişim taleplerinin yönetilmesi, proje ve iş birliği başvurularının değerlendirilmesi, işe alım ve aday değerlendirme süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, sözleşmesel ilişkilerin kurulması ve ifası, hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ile operasyonel ve bilgi güvenliğinin sağlanması amaçlarıyla işlenebilir.

İşlenen kişisel veriler, yapılan etkileşimin niteliğine bağlı olarak aşağıdakileri içerebilir:

• Kimlik bilgileri, ad, soyad, uyruk, doğum tarihi ve yeri gibi bilgiler
• İletişim bilgileri, telefon numarası, e-posta adresi, posta adresi ve IP adresi
• Mesleki bilgiler, eğitim, iş deneyimi ve nitelikler
• Talep ve şikâyet bilgileri, Dreams&Bytes’a iletilen başvurulara ilişkin kayıtlar
• Özel nitelikli kişisel veriler, KVKK’nın 6. maddesi kapsamında, yalnızca gerekli hallerde ve açık rıza alınarak

Kişisel verilerim, yalnızca ilgili mevzuatın gerektirdiği durumlarda veya yukarıda belirtilen amaçların gerçekleştirilmesi için gerekli olduğu ölçüde, KVKK’ya uygun şekilde üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılabilir.

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; kişisel verilerime ilişkin bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya işlenmesinin sınırlandırılmasını isteme haklarına sahip olduğumu biliyorum. Bu kapsamda yapılacak başvurular, Dreams&Bytes’ın web sitesinde belirtilen iletişim kanalları üzerinden iletilebilir.

İşbu metni onaylayarak, yeterli şekilde bilgilendirildiğimi ve kişisel verilerimin yukarıda belirtilen kapsamda işlenmesine açık rıza verdiğimi beyan ederim.
